Question Help needed in Germany/No Owner Manual National Las Brisas 314 1990

Hi,

I am Michael from Germany (near Cologne). I recently bought a National Las Brisas 314 (1990) from another guy who imported it to Germany but was not able to pay for customs and duty here at the boarder. Unfortunately the RV came with no documentation, i.e. no Owner Manual, technical info etc. I would be interested to find a person able to provide me copies of whatever I need to get and keep that RV in good shape.(beside the question whether I can afford fuel 454 EFI as the gallon in Germany is right now at approx. 10$!)

I would be happy to receive help.

Best regards Michael

Hi Michael:
have you found any information on your motor home?
if you try searches on this site you will find a lot of information that will be helpful to you. I did visit your country in the 90's and spent a day in Cologne.
Dont worry about the price of gas just enjoy your motor hom

Lightbulb Welcome

Hi Michael, maybe you could move this question into the NATIONAL RV FORUM here in this iRV2 Forum?

Hi,

I picked up the RV today and had a lot of problems due to missing manuals. What is 8for example) the meaning of "auxiliary" and "start boost" which I can see right at the front panel next to steering wheel? I really need some documentation (and would be happy to pay for the expenses).

Best regards
Michael

Hi TW,

Question was already moved to National RV Forum. Thanks for Hals- und Beinbruch. That is exactly what happened today.Just picked up the RV today. Totally confusing as I can not understand some of the buttons/switches. What (for example) is the meaning of "auxiliary" and "start boost" at the front panel. Looks important but my translation program only provides sh... and vage info. I think it will take some time to get through this, but with some dcumentation it would be easier.

I wish you a nice weekend

Michael

Hi Michael:
Auxilary and start boost refer to your batteries.
the start boost switch is for starting your engine its battery is dead by using the rv's battery. it is a feature on most motor homes
