Horn not working

I noticed that my horn is not working so wondering if it could be the relay and if so where is it located?

I have a 2002 SeaBreeze scout.

Maybe a bad horn, so first establish, whether or not you have voltage at the horn while someone presses the button. I mean there's a lot more in the circuit than the relay and have no idea where it might be, but you can make an attempt to follow the horn wire back to it's source.
The way they usually work is for the horn button to complete the relay coil circuit to ground, thereby closing it's contacts and providing voltage to the horn itself.

NOw you need to find that relay, establish 12vdc to one side of the coil and then ground the other side which will check the horn and relay. After that I'd be looking at the horn button itself.
