I'm excited about this and glad we got a place to talk all about NRV. Thanks to the powers that be to build us a forum.

Thanks. I've done a lot of stuff on our Dolphin. From internet, finishing assembly on our coach, detailing, water filtration, slide adjustments, and about anything you could mention. I'm here and willing to help people in need and I'll be the first to ask for help when I get in over my head. Currently I'm working on a small re-engineering project to correct A&E's use of the wrong length arms on my Weather Pro Awning.

Rick, I'd be interested to here bout yer water filters. I can't fit mine in the wet bay "to small". I'm looking at hanging them in the storage compartment in front of wet bay. I will plumb it with water hose. I will say NRV does not waste any space in utility compartments

I must of been lucky. I mounted a GE whole house filter that I bought from Home Depot in the water cab but you can hang one outside as well. I also use a jumbo filter from rvwaterfilters.com. It's a solid carbon block filter. Cost about 35.00 and lasts about 5-6 months of full time usage. The whole project cost me about 130.00 with filter and associated hardware.

Cool, I run double filter from the water filter store also. My wet compartment is so shallow.

I have a 1999 Tropical and added a single filter to the utility compartment. I removed the soap dispenser which was broken anyway. Just fits in there fine. I do wish that National had made a seperate water compartment instead of putting fresh water in with the sewer outlet.

I know what ya mean Mike, but almost all the manufaturers do it like National. Just keep it as clean as possable in the compartment.

My water compartment is seperate from the waste valve compartment. I'd rather have them both in the same place. Different stokes for different folks I guess. I do have my water filter built in to the water cabinet though. It's a very clean install.
