how I made bay door repairs

I noticed a lot of people were having problems with the bay door brackets pulling out. I have had to repair all my cargo bay doors, because the screws pull out when the door is allowed to snap open.
I got 1/8" by 2" wide and approx 4" long aluminum bar stock. mounted the piston bracket to the bar. then mounted the bar to the door using 6 ea 3/4 " #10 sheet metal screws. I pre drilled holes in bar.
