How to Enable CTP Powertrain Data Msg's.

Posted this morning in Workhorse, and as they say, I'm not getting any bites. Hope this not contradict any rules. Edouard.

Hi, still working on my "Learning Curve"!
As per p.105 or my 07 WH Owner's Manual,

The Optional "CTC Cluster Trip Computor" gives me
- Instantantaneous Fuel Consumption, - Average Fuel Consump, Fuel Range, Avg Vehicle Spd, & Outside Temp. So far so good.

I also have in 3 additional msgs: -Engine Oil Pressure, -Current Transmission Gear & -Battery Voltage.

The book states that the CTP includes add'l Powertrain Data Messages:
- Battery Voltage, Engine Coolant Temp, Engine RPM, Trans Fluid Temp, Vehicle Speed, Manifold Intake Pressure, Manifold Boost Pressure, Intake Air Temp, Current Transmission Gear, & Selected or Maximum Attainable Gear Selection.

How do you access, (if the option exists on my WH) the complete optional CTP Powertrain Data? Thanks, Edouard.

Ed, if you are using the ScanGuage, why bother with the WCC cluster. I have lots of info in SCII, just select four that interest me and leave the WCC cluster set on oil pressure. Don't forget SCII has trip functions.

Fred, I agree the SC-II is a great feature, I do have it set up with 4 important to me, but it still does not read the Allison 6-speed.

Oemtech may have broken the code at the end of october when someone was supposed to stop at his shop when heading south, no news yet!
