Just a heads up I have a 2001 Sea View 31 ft. with Power Gear levelers F53. While changing oil and filter and rolling around under the RV. I noticed the drivers side front jack hose was close to the bracket.
Looking closer the hose runs from the top of the mounting bracket through the bracket to the bottom then back up to the fitting. On mine the hose is very tight where it makes the bottom bend and had worn through the plastic covering. I took a piece of 3/8" rubber hose I had laying around slit it and Forced it between the hose and the sharp edge of the bracket (it was a close fit no play in the hose). I also put a piece of hose over the top of the bracket where the hose lays over it and runs down to the bottom.
If I recall some one way back posted about the a problem on the pass. front hose and I fixed it at the time.
Just a heads up your's may not be the same but it mite be worth looking at to avoid problems, easier to fix at home then on the road.

John,

Thanks for the heads up, I'll have someone look at mine, unable to roll around under with my oxygen. All of the lift solanoids were just replaced about 6 months ago, felt the coach sinking during the night.

Regards, Tom

ALLO:

Your coach "sinking" during the nite? I think that might be normal...at least in my experience, the jack "feet" sometimes compresses the dirt underneath and the jacks have to be slightly re-set the next day or the day after. Beyond that..periodically, like once every two weeks or so.
I'm guessing there's a "natural" bleeding of some sort in most any hydraulic system.

((edited to say: Looking for a toad? Check out the Chevy HHR with the 2.4 motor...nicely equipped, 18 grand. (A bargain, I guess by todays' standards). I have an '07...Blue Ox baseplate, and it tows just fine, FOUR DOWN.
One of the few cars that can BE towed 4 down with an AUTOMATIC tranny with no modifications. In fact the owners manual tell you NOT to use a dolly. Just hook it up, pull a fuse (1, the #8 2AMP), and you're go to go anywhere.))
