We just got out from under our 07 Tropical..The entire time we owned it we were either waiting for an appontment at the Factory or waiting to pick it up from factory. The final straw was the 6 weeks it took the Dealer (giant rv)and the Factory to get a repair that both blamed each other for the problem. We currently Traded the Tropical with an outstanding appointment for repairs that were damage from previous repairs...I dont see with this quality of service how they will stay in business...
I thought I would add that Our Tropicals problems were all from poor workmanship and assembly at the Perris Plant. I have talked with many an NARV owner and looked at many a NARV motorhome that was top notch, I just happen to get one that was a lemon...

Good luck with the new unit, hopefully better times will be down the road.

Ouch, it really hurts getting caught in the middle like that. The shame of it is you couldn't hang in there until there was a resolution to your problem. I would think NRV would be most willing to step to the plate for it's customers, since they are trying hard to re-establish a loyal client base, I guess it's not so in this case.

Best of luck, and good travels with your new rig.
