I need help bad

I own a 2000 36' National Dolphin on a Ford Chassis. I think I made a big blunder. I was installing a new back view camera. I tapped into a positive wire that went between the OH Fans and the Defog switch for the mirrors on the far left dash panel. I ran a ground directly from the chassis and ran the through a toggle switch to the monitor. I must have created a dead ground because the screen went blank and I no longer have power to the OH Fans, Mirrors, Defog Switch and worst of all my levelers. Unfortunatly I have my levelers extended.

Please help. I checked all of the fuses in the basement. They are all fine. Does anyone know of other fuses or fuse links that support that area? I can't even take it in for service because I can't lower the jacks. ANY ADVICE ???

Thanks,
Doug

If you have a removable panel on top of your dash, check there.

Look under the dash near the driver's left knee. There is a fuse panel.

I do not see a fuse panel under the dash. What does it look like? Should there be visible fuses? How big? I'm 69 years old and have worked on cars for years. I feel really lost on this one.

The fuse box may be under the left arm rest, under your leveler panel control. Should be attached with Velcro.

Thanks

Thanks to Clark and others for their suggestions and help. I did in fact find a blown fuse on the panel under the dash. You saved my bacon and probably my checking account.

Do we need to send someone to remove the driver's seat so's you can get out?

(not funny - I almost had to!)

It is definatly in an almost impossible location to get to to check and replace the fuses. They should have mounted it on the drivers side wall below the drivers window. There is plenty of room, Oh Well!
Thanks again
