I really should quit reading this forum!!

Been reading posts and pictures about the nice looking results from pulling the old carpet and installing a new floor. SOO last week my mind said "You should do that!!!". However my body was not included in that discussion. I have the carpet pulled out, half the tiles in the kitchen area removed and 1,000,000 staples pulled! Now where did I put those pain pills... Thanks Guys

You got that right. Problem is our brains refuse to believe we are old.
Meanwhile I will keep looking at the other nice rigs and chipping away on the tile and soon mine will look nice also.

I was considering replacing carpet in our new (to us) Sea View. Fortunately, the spot-shot took out nearly all the spots left by the last owner. Think I can make that carpet last a little while.

if you are installed hard wood floors under a slide make sure the first time you move the slides that there not going to cut up the floors

most slides that are installed on carpet do not have rollers as they are make to slide on the carpet its self

some one made that bobo in my RV

Working on replacing the lights, roof sheathing and EPDM on the roof of our 5er. Water got in to the roof through the A/C.

Too old to be doing this but the other option was dealer est at 15000. I will do it for about 2000 including the new LED lights. I like doing it myself as I will know exactly what and how it was done. I found some gaps in the insulation that will not be there when I am done.

Do a little bit each day. Works smarter not harder and have the kids help if the lifting is too heavy.

But at the end the satisfaction will make all of the aches and pains go away. Well most of it as I expect to have a swelled chest and head!!

Swelled chest can also come from eating too much. Ooppss, that shows up a bit lower in the stomach area.
I would also like to dB o my floors, but the DW won't give up the HD card, so will have to be content with renting a rug dr for now. Got the rear slide problem to take of first, anyway.

Thats the definition of middle age: When the broad mind and narrow waist begin to change places.

X2. According to the DW, the only "gold" in the "Golden Years" are stains.
