Installing brake activator?

I am going towing a trailer on our 2008 Pacifica, and am trying to find the area under the dash to feed the power to the hitch plug, could this be it?

Hopefully the picture loaded...Thanks for any help!!!

No, that looks like the nine pin plug used for engine diagnostics.

Figures it wasn't it.... i would think there would be a block to tie in for the brakes, since a 7 pin was installed on the coach, my old 2001 pickup was brake box ready up front.

There should be a rectangular, almost square connector under the dash. On our 06 Tropical (Freightliner chassis) its located close to, above the brake pedal area. Without looking I believe there's 4 or 6 wires in the connector. There should be a dark blue wire in this connector that goes back to the rear of the coach trailer connector. We used that wire for our toad brake controller.
Hope that helps,
Don

Dave,
On ours it is accessible without taking the dash apart. Do you have a Freightliner chassis? This wiring harness is installed by the chassis manufacturer. On our coach it was a pigtail connector just sitting above the brake pedal area.
Check out this link, it shows a pix of the connector which should not have anything plugged into presently.
