Can anyone tell us if they put an internal water regulator on a 1998 National Seabreeze 5th Wheel? We put one on the outside city hook-up but it cuts our water pressure down so much that we can't hardly take a shower. If we remove the regulator, which is a 35-40 pounds of water pressure valve, we have great pressure but we are afraid that it might cause the lines in the trailer to start leaking. Can anyone help us out? We've been in the same park for four years and don't plan on going any where for at least that much longer.

What type or reg. did you install. It's not the perure but the volume thath makes the differance. Some of the inexpensive inline reg. restrict the flow too much. I use a whole house reg. I bought at Lowes that is made for 3/4" pipe and set the presure at 55 lbs.

We have another question for you speed racer. Can we buy a pressure regulator (one that shows what you are setting it at), with a volume of say...6-9 gpm instead of 2-2.5 and set it at 40 or 45 pounds of pressure (I think that's what our trailer calls for in the manual), would that be okay? Is that what you were saying by it is the volume that makes the difference?
