Jacks on 2004 Dolphin

After winter storage I retracted the jacks, went to have the AC recharged and now when I try to lower the jacks I can hear a click, like a solenoid sound, but none of the jacks will lower. They are PowerGear jacks. Emergency brake and ignition on with transmission in park. Where do I look first? Thanks.

My jacks do that when the main 12V disconnect is off.
