I have a problem with my Jensen VR 185 audio system. The switch does not work that switches the disks up but it does work when you want to switch it down. (Same rocker switch does the switching). I cannot find any body in this area that will work on a Jensen. I am in the LA area. Does any one know of a repair service that will fix my audio system? I can take it out and take it to them.

Had a problem with my vr 185, contacted JENSEN sent it in and got a replacement. Only cost was shipping. You can get the information on the web ASA ELECTRONICS Also contact info. in the owners manual.

I was having trouble with my Jensen vr185 also! I just purchased a new one on ebay for under $25! Alot cheaper than trying to find someone to fix mine or to ship it to Jensen.

I just contacted ASA today and they said to send it in and it is on its way. I have been watching ebay for one but I have not seen any for auction. If I could get one for 25 clams, I would buy a spare. I will keep watching.
