Look online at simple tire.com I bought mine there and had them delivered to my house and had a private tire guy who does fleet semi tires all around Puget Sound area and saved a lot!!!!

I had to buy the material online,since it was discontinued item, on solidsurface.com that was $143.00.
Then floform countertops in Kent is doing all the fab work and that was $280.

Stove Tops

You might try Colaws RV in MO. They have a large RV salvage yard. We bought a new(used) metal top that goes around our burners. I noticed they had some tops when I was there. They are on line but its best to give them a call.
