Key fob for Keyless Entry - Tropical LX T350
Does anyone know where I can purchase a key fob for my keyless entry system? No key fobs came with the unit, but I know it has a keyless entry system. I have a 2006 Tropical LX T350. I located the keyless entry fuse panel, but do not know where to locate the keyless entry receiver. Does anyone know where I can find the receiver to get the model number of it? Does anyone have the manuals for the keyless entry system that was installed in this unit?

I think your first chore is to find the keyless module. It should have a make and number that can help you find fobs that can be matched to your system. While on the hunt, note all other systems make and models so you'll know what you have. Time spent with Google can usually find manuals, parts, and service manuals for all the things you find. Also make a note of all fuses and breakers you find. Good luck!

Check inside the closets, overhead compartment and behind doors for the build sheet that National Rv installed when manufactured.
The sheet has manufacture, part numbers and serial #.

MY KEYLESS RECEIVER IS BEHIND THE SWITCH PANEL BY THE FRONT DOOR. MADE BY AUTOLOC KL400 . Small black unit with about 12 wires. If you find it, call 877 278 0381. That was a good number 2 years ago.

Thanks all. I believe I found the control unit. It was like Tom said, inside the switch center near the entry door to the fight of the passenger seat. I have attached pictures. The only thing on the box are numbers and no manufacturer. I googled the numbers, but came up with nothing. I believe the easiest thing to do is to replace it with a new box that comes with 2 remotes for $40.

Solved. Thanks all for pointing me to the location on where to find the controller. I ended up purchasing this new keyless entry for $39 that came with 2 key fobs. I removed the old controller (brains) and replaced it with the new. only four wires to splice in (lock, unlock, red power, black ground). Works perfectly. Here is what I purchased: https://www.ebay.com/itm/253772268762.
