Hello everyone. I am new to RVing and to National RV and I have a slightly interesting discovery. I have a 2007 Dolphin LX Model 6367 that I just bought and I'll be darned if I can locate the basement air filter to change when I need to. I have looked under the bed but the slide motor is there and all the closets appear to be sealed shut along with the outside compartment doors.
If there is anyone out there with a similar MH, I would sure appreciate your suggestions.
Thanks and good travels to all.

I have a 05 5367. We have 3 slides. One lounge and two in the bedroom. There should be a few grates at the base of the slide closest to the A/C heat pump. I was told that there were filters in there but haven't found them yet. I'm going to take another look right now and will report my findings.

Mine's an '04 and it is under the bed. You have to unscrew the panels to get to it. Good luck.

Which slide does your bed travel on? Our moves with the driver side slide and we don't have a vent or filter there. Ours is supposed to be under the passenger side slide somewhere.

Look for the air intake it will be behind that area. My 05 5355 has the intake behind the bed and the filter is under the bed.

My bed is attached to the pass. side slide but I have seen them where you had to remove a drawer to access the filter. The filter will not be far from the air intake. On the ac unit itself it's on top of the unit. you can look between the floor and the AC unit and see where it goes through the floor. Yours may be in the area where the chairs are in the rear. I do beleive yours has chair in rear? I could be wrong!

Our pass slide sits on a base of sorts. In that base there are 3 grates. I've removed them and haven't found a filter yet but I do find the cables that bring the slide in. I'll have to take a closer look in there later today. I meant to do it yesterday but I found a bottle of polish in my hands making the outside look pretty. I'll post my finding later.

Rick, can you see the air intake for the A/C system when you remove the grates? I would presume the filter is located close to the air intake.

Thanks for all your suggestions and after reviewing them here is what I find.
My bed travels on a slide on driver side (the only 2007 model of Dolphin LX that does). There are three registers located on the passenger side bedroom slide on a base as Rick 2005 has mentioned. I have removed those vents and there are cables and pulleys that operate the slide that travel the length of all 3 vents and of coarse, no filters. The location of the vents seems to coincide with the location (roughly) of the other 3 models which are located under the bed so I am hopeful that this where the filters must be attached (somehow). I plan on cutting to size the filters to fit behind the vents and secure them with velcro. That , combined with the screws that secure the vent and the pressure of the vent against the carpeted base, should prevent the filters from being sucked into the a/c vents in the compartment below (I hope!).
I was really hoping that there was another 2007 model 6367 that has found the elusive filter. If so, please let me know. Thank you to all who have tried to find the filters. By the way, I have been told that the under bed filter is about 10x20 which equals about 200sq" of filtering. If I cover the rear of the 3 vents that I have with filter material, i will have about 460 sq" of filtering. So I at least feel confident that I will have more surface to trap the dust, etc.

I have the only 08 6367. The filters on mine are behind the three registers below the closet slide. It is just a long strip of filter material. Hope this helps

Hi Marshall and Barbara,

Thanks for your help. My 3 registers did not have any filter material behind them. I have recently just placed (velcro'd) 3 strips of a generic filter material onto the backside of the 3 registers/vents.
I was wondering if yours is just one long piece or 3 that fit behind the registers? Also, how did the factory secure them and could you provide an explanation so I can do mine correctly?
I also noticed in your signature that you have a cairn terrier. We have 2 also. One about 4 years old and the other about 1 year old (Taffy and Carmella), both females. Now I wonder if there is any connection between MH choices and cairn terriers. lol.
Thanks for your help.
