Market Value of 40F

Hello Everyone:
I am interested in a Tradewinds 40F with a 400 Cummins. 20,000 miles.

How much is it worth?
Thank you.

'Worth' is subjective. The BUYER determines what something is worth.

2006 Tradewinds 40F:

Orig. List: $259,994
Low Retail: $111,870
Avg Retail: $134,780

Go to NADA.com, input the info and it will show the value.

I am concerned about the ability of the basement air conditioner to keep up. Have any of you had any experience or problems?
