Nail Head pops in Paint

Dolphin lx, noticing what appears to be nail head pops in paint. Perfect little circles the size of a nail head chipping off the driver side of the RV. Has anyone else seen this and if so what is the best way to correct the problem.

Thanks
John

Most RV exteriors are a built up sandwich of fiberglass mat and gel coat. Can you provide a photo of the nail pops? Are you sure it's not a previous repair by someone?

Here are the pictures of the circles/holes in the paint. The last one may be hard to see because it hasn't pop completely off yet. Looking close you can see a circle under the paint with about 3/4 of the hole ready to pop and only holding on with about 1/4 of the circle letf attached.
