Im looking into replacing my 84 winnebago which turned into the worst deal in my life.

55k
27'
$4450

Before i go to look at it, are there any things I should look out for (esp. Common problems with this year, etc.)

We want something cheap but reliable that me & wife can live in for at least a year.
