National Dolphin water drain valve

I have a National Dolphin 5370. I can't find the water drain valve, or for that matter, the water pump. In the port compartment where the water and electric connections are there is a sign that says low water drain valve is "inside under the floor." I haven't been able to find it. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Undo the sheet metal screws holding the valve plate in place. The pump should be right there, close to the water storage tank. Oneb can see wherre the low point drain is directed. Earlier years had tank and pump under the bed in the rear.Cheers.

Are ya sure the whole works including tank and pump aren't under the bed?
Again, don't know if you're Ford or Chevy and the 37ft Ford had a BR slideout, so that could be the difference. Does the bed raise for access at all?

My 99 Tradewinds has a removeable cover in front of the fresh water drain valve. I have the same plackard on over the bay with the valve. The place will be differant because mine is a pusher but it wouldn't surprise me if the water tanks are the same and National used the same method for draining. Here are some pictures of how to access mine.

Thanks.[I have a 1999 5370 and I also had trouble finding the water drain valve. It is located in the water connection compartment in a space in the upper right corner of the compartment. With a flashlight you can see the water tank and between you and the tank in the space you can see the water valve, i.e, I can. Good luck.]

So, what do you suppose has happened to the OP, since April 12th, that supposedly would appreciate any help with his issue. I would for one would like to know the outcome and if it's been resolved if nothing else. Sure hope nothing bad has happened to he or she.
