I had small surface crack on the fiberglass roof radius that needed to be repaired. Got this from Crane Composites web site.

Filon Embossed FlexRoof Crack Repair Procedure
Prepping The Area To Be Repaired
Clean the affected area with soap and water. Then, wipe down the area with a soft cotton rag and lacquer thinner, being careful
not to leave the lacquer thinner in one spot too long. Radius edge areas to be repaired should remain in the radius position both
during and after the repair.
Deep Cracks or Deep Scratches
A. Using an 80-220 grit sanding pencil, lightly sand the crack or scratch.
B. Fill the depressions with a flexible two part spot filler, being careful not to distort the embossed finish.
C. If shrinkage occurs once the spot filler has dried, the affected area may be re-treated in one of three ways:
1. Re-treat the area with spot filler
2. Treat the area as a medium size crack
3. Treat the area as a small size crack
Once the depression is filled and cured, color matched lacquer paint can be applied to the repaired area.
D. After the paint area dries, refer to the finishing section of this repair procedure.

Used Bondo Glazing & spot filler, Rust-Oleum White Lacquer.

It worked great and the paint match is 99.9% only because I know where to look.
If this will help someone feel free to pass it on.

You revieved drawings for your unit and would like the same for our 1999 DULPIN unit. How did you contact Blue Ribbon? I have no owner manuals and looking for access to manuals on line if possible.
Thank you

It will require you to register for access to the FILES and LINKS on the left hand side of the page. The information is there. The file was to large to upload to this forum.

I have scanned in National Tradewinds docs and put them here.

Tradewinds Docs - Windows Live

There are several OEM manuals and Owners manual for 99 - 01 Tradewinds as well.

I used this stuff Rubber Roof Cleaner - Protect All $32 for both products and one bottle each was enough to do the entire roof.

The link in Post #5 is no longer valid for the 2005 NRV Dolphin/Sea Breeze manuals.
You can access several manuals and schematics at:
Yahoo Groups

The specific links to the '05 gas manuals are
Owners Guide-Part 1
Owners Guide-Part 2
Workhorse Supplement
