Does anyone know for a fact that someone may have purchased all of NRV's design material and is any of it available to current owners? I am trying to locate a part number and/or manufacturer of the rubber material used as the seal where the lounge slide sets when it is fully extended. It is a "P" shaped material about two inches wide overall and the "P" section measures about .75" by .75". I have tried a couple of other manufacturers' material but they are either too thick or otherwise have some drawback.
Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks for the tip. I have dealt with uni-grip before but they did not have what I need. They were very accommodating however and sent me a couple of samples. It turns out that my problem is far worse than seal material. There appears to be some problem with the slide itself which drops down too far at the end of travel and pushes the seal out of the way.
At this point, I have no idea where I am going to go with it next.

If you have to get pro help, don't discount the former NRV dealer shops. They probably still have the best knowledge of particular NRV problems and fixes.

KentM did you get my reply on your other post? Camping world has some slide seal material that will work. The part number is I17F7. Hope that helps you.

Have you tried Google? It's amazing the information I get.
I don't know what happened to the parts inventory, but in an email from Monaco which popped up when I tried NationalRV.com I was told they bought the caps, floorplans, names and website.

Thanks to those who responded. This problem is going to require professional help, however, finding that help is going to be difficult. Research seems to lead me to believe that the slide will have to be pulled to correct the problem. Finding a shop that I can trust will be the dilemma. For the time being I am going to "patch" the problem.

If you travel through Tucson AZ on your way to Yuma, both Beaudry RV and La Mesa RV previously sold new National products. One of them may be able to help.

Monaco bought some of National's stuff and say that they will make every effort to help.
Also, try here.
