Periodically, National RV sponsors Getaways for members of its Owners Club. I've attended one of these, and let me tell you, these guys know how to throw a party. Good food, good drinks, and first class entertainment. Plus a chance to talk directly to National RV management. They also will fix minor problems on-site. Get it fixed by the people who built it. The next one is Aug. 7,8,and 9 in Pendelton OR. If you'r not a member of the Owners Group, you can sign up through their website, NationalRV.com. See you there.

For those of you not familiar with the weather in Pendleton Oregon in August temperatures will most probably be in the mid 90's or higher. Dry camping can be a little uncomfortable and if you have animals possibly dangerous for them. Be prepared.

Glad to see the forum. I am new owner of Seabreeze 31 ft F53 chassis. Unable to make the summer rally but hope to find one this winter in SE US. Does anyone know of where I can get some warranty work done as I am in Gunnison, CO until Sept. Called the Cal. # and no return call yet. Will be travelling East or SE as we return to Fl.
Thanks,
Ann

We were ready to go until we heard the same thing about temps. Too bad, love the National Owners rallies.

Hey, Reflectix (sp) in all the windows, Fantastic fan left on with open window, check on Fido frequently during heat of day, leave a big bowl of water. If it is too hot, pull up stakes and leave. These Getaways are not to be missed. My wife says not to worry, and it's her dog. We're going.

Having something cool to drink in the fridge is another reason to return to the RV periodically. Hey, maybe I wont even leave...

We attended our first National RV Owner's Gathering in July 2004 in Cashmere, Washington. It is 220 miles Northwest of Pendleton, Oregon. At that event we had to use the A/C for a total of 34 hours in a three day period as the weather was a bit warm. I expect that since Pendleton is in the same geographical region the weather once again will be a bit warm this year.

The question I have is, who is going to attend this event? We will be departing from Southern California on the 22nd of July for our summer adventure in the Pacific Northwest.
