If the slide is hydraulically activated, contact HWH. If they are electrically operated, contact that particular manufacturer - Could be Kwikee. I know a few owners that have had service done to their slideout by the manufacturer that provided the mechanism that runs the slides in and out.

The slides are Power Gear electric, but to my knowledge they did not supply the rollers that attach to the floor and ride on the bottom of the slide room.

Subject: Slide room rollers

Good Day,
Were you the supplier to National RV who is now out of business, your products ASP-RSM-0026 & 0027 look like the rollers that are installed on my motorhome. If so looking for a source for retail sales.
Thank you,
Richard Snapp

We were the manufacturer for National RV rollers. We do have parts in stock. The part that national used was the 0027. the 0026 is used by Fleetwood
We have a 40.00 minimum and the rollers are 15.00 each in small quantities. We take all credit cards. My contact info is below

Thanks

Richard:

Thanks for the info on the slide rollers. In your extensive travels, have you found the supplier for the nylon bedroom slide bushings?

This info is still current!

I just called Alexander Screw and spoke with Sandra(who answers the phone). They are certainly more of a wholesale operation so ordering was a little clunky, but she got them out. The ones for a National, referenced as a ASP-RSM-0027 in their literature, are still availble, but under a new part number. I'll share the part number when they arrive. They are also $30 each now.

Attached are pictures with measurements of the rollers. Sorry no new part number. The one above got me the correct rollers for my 02 Tradewinds.

I have the same question for my 02 Tradewinds I'm assuming these rollers are under the slides and not visible?

Ours took three. No you don't have to remove the slide. I ran the slide all the way out, then using a floor jack and a 4"x4" about 4ft long placed up against the bottom of the floor as close to the coach as I could get and jacked up the slide about 4-6 inches and slid some small pieces of wood between the slide and floor inside. Then just remove the screws holding the rollers in. It took a small Phillips bit in a socket, or 1/4 ratchet wrench to get the screws out. It's a small gap but manageable.

When our RV gets home in a few days I'll make a video.

If you run the slide all the way out, then lift up the carpet and look under you can see the edge. The front is much easier to see than the rear, at least in ours as the rear is under the dinette.

Slide rollers

I just refurbished mine 3 weeks ago on my 97 Tropical,
  1. extend slide out to normal stop
  2. remove weather strip under slide
  3. place hydraulic jack with blocks to spread load on "floor" of slide and lift
  4. you will need a dewalt DWARA 100 right angle attatchment, and unscrew from outside of coach, BUT place blocks between floor and slide to prevent injuring fingers if jack slips
Dewalt DWARAIMPACT READYģ Right Angle Attachment - DWARA100 | DEWALT

Using a scotch bright pad I cleaned the surface up and oiled the axle on the roller - I am laying down some vinyl plank flooring and want the slide to roll easy.
