Someone posted that the National skylight was MFG by www.foxlite.com so I called them to confirm. They still make the double pane rectangle skylight that everyone has on their National RV. Part number is CDE1624 the cost is $69.90 the phone # is 1-800-233-3699 Ext 109

Just had to replace mine two weeks ago... hail storm in NM. Got it from J. Freeman, Inc. distributor - Ceiling Fixtures and it was an exact replacement for the old one on my Sea Breeze.

I walked into a local R.V dealer and found they had lots of sizes to choose from, I didn't get a distributors name but it appeared to me that that most R.V parts dealers would be able to find something suitable.... the one on my tradewinds is a fairly generic size

Sometime after 2001 National RV went to a curb mount skylight, so you will have a mix of curb and flat mount products in the mix.

Must have been before 2001 because my 2000 Sea Breeze is a curb mount.

thank you. I need to replace mine on a 2000 model which also lost the battle with hail stones.
