New member and new Dolphin owner

Wanted to say HI ! Just bought a 2003 Dolphin 5320 2 owner coach 34,000 miles. It has the original tires on it still. I just ordered Yokohamas for replacement. It has 400 miles on the recall brake job from workhorse, they paid for the rotors and calipers, the PO paid for the pads. It didn't charge the house batteries on the way home and I had the disconnect switch on. So there is a problem there, that needs to be fixed. I was really surprised how BIG this thing is when I pulled into the POs drive way. I've owned a couple of Damon coachs in the past, and was looking for another when I found this one. My wife has been battling colon cancer for the last 14 months and she wanted to go to the west coast before she passes, so we're going. I've never been out there either, so it will be new for me too. We live in central Illinois and haven't been camping much in the last 10 years. We will be using it quite a bit till she get too sick to go.

Sounds like your Inverter/Charger or a house battert may be bad. Be sure to visit Oregon and Washington....beautiful! Pendleton Roundup in September in Pendleton, Oregon is a must visit. Google it. Rook

Good choice on your coach. Hope you and wife enjoy it. Rook is right on about the round up in Pendleton. Son lives nearby. There are many beautiful places to see on and near the coast besides California. You will receive many suggestions. When are you leaving? We plan to leave in June for another long western trip.

We'll be heading out that way at the end of May or early June. Don't have the date set for sure yet. Just picked up the coach from the tire installer, what a big difference, but they still put too much air in them. They are used to installing tires on semis and run them pretty much to max load pressures.
