New to me 07 Seabreeze 8360

Taking the big leap into an 07 Seabreeze 8360 with 29000 miles great condition in and out. all systems are working only have a question regarding tires. The condition and tread look great but they are 8-9 years old. The dealer is saying they are fine because there is no dry rot or cracking visible. I am not comfortable with the age of these tires and would like them replaced. My question is...Is the dealer responsible to make sure the tires are safe before delivery of the coach?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. I have heard stories of the horror a blown tire can cause due to age.

Purchased a 2006 Sea Breeze , Sept. 2013. Before flying to Florida to pick up coach arranged the tire replacement. Although the tires and tread looked ok was not going to chance the 8 yr old tires getting us back to Ohio. The original tires while being replaced literally cracked and fell apart. Replaced with Michelin 22.5 ". Now while coach is covered storage we keep the tires covered as well. Also added Tire Tracker to monitor pressure, too many potential issues associated with tire failure.

The dealer is wrong, those tires need to go no matter how good they look. 5 or 6 years max. I have a 07 Sea Breeze as well ...great coach!!!
