Well the deal on the Fleetwood fell apart in the last hour. Must have been meant to be found the Tradewinds 40D with 11,000 miles on it. Love it so far. I can not find any information in the papers that came with it about the number of air bags. Anyone help?

jhalldiver:
We have a 2001 39' Tradewinds. It has four air bags; two on each axle. If you look under your motor home you can see them. They are about the size of a large coffee can. On our MH, we deflate the bags before we level.

If you are asking about driver/passenger compartment air bags, such as in a car, we don't have those in our MH.

Happy Trails,
Larry

Just bought a new 2006 Tradewinds 40C. Mine has 4 airbags. I have most of the paperwork and would be glad to share anything you need. I cant find anything on how to program the remote entry, have you had any luck with that?

turndavo02, or anyone else
Thats great I missing some I think, A couple of questions.
1. The manual states that I should drain the water from the air tanks but does not give the location.
2. Were is the location of the fuel seperator so I can drain the water?

I have not tryed to program the remote entry yet. I will look and see what information I have and let you know.

Thanks
Jack

National RV located the lanyards connected to the air tank drains inside the front wheel wells, two inside the passenger side, one on the driver's side.
