Newbie gets into it with some serious reno's

Hi guys, i have a 96 National Tropical. I bought it a few weeks back and have been living in it in my driveway trying to find out its issues before i officially move into it on the 15th of july. I have found the following issues. 1, it had some mice living in it at some past point., those suckers poo everywhere!
2. it had major leaking at some point. and there are a few random damp points, bordering dry rot. 3 there are a # of plumbing issues , mainly the backwater tank is leaking and its not from the toilet seal.3 it needs rear swaybar bushings and 4 i think my tires are slightly dry rotted.it was fun finding access to the the black tank here are some pics
