No Hot water 2005 Dolphin

Had my water heater replaced at dealer and now it works but no hot water coming from fixtures! Is there a valve some where? Its a Atwood 10 gal electric or gas.

You wrote: "water heater replaced at dealer and now it works" but that hot water doesn't come out of any taps.

So... How do you know it is working?

The simplest answer is that the tank isn't, or not correctly connected to the rest of the plumbing.

Make sure the valve in the water bay is not in the bypass position.

Check the winterizing valves, if the dealer drained the tank it will take a minute to refill.

Dealer bypassed water heater......
Check that cold water inlet to water heater is OPEN
CLOSE the 'Bypass' Valve

Then with water supply ON.....(City water or pump) Open a fuacet hot sidr to fill water heater and bleed air from hot lines

****Hopefully water heater HAD water IF you turned on electric element

When I got to our lake place I hooked up the water made sure all valves we're in the correct position and opened sinks inside to purge any air. the I opened the T&P valve on the water heater to insure water came out. Later I came out and checked that in fact the water was hot in the tank but still only cold in the house. I have to take it back to the dealership to have the Fridge replaced next week but I was hoping I just overlooked something.

Thanks in advance

OK....
Got water in WH Tank---CHECK!
Water heated up in WH Tank---CHECK!

Water Heater Tank BYPASS STILL OPEN
OR
If BYPASS is CLOSED then is there a HOT Outlet VALVE that is still CLOSED????

Some RV MFGs actusully use 3 valves

1--Cold Inet
1--Bypass
1--Hot Outlet

MOST RV MFGs use 2 valve set up
1--Cold inlet
1--Bypass
Hot outlet is a check valve

Cold water flowing out HOT side of faucet means water is NOT going thru the WH Tank...
Luke warm water can be the result of a SHOWER (inside/outside) being shut off just with button on shower handle and hot/cold knobs still open
Check those shower nobs.....

No Hot water 2005 Dolphin

Ok this setup is probably very similar or exactly what you have because it’s from a 2005 Dolphin. Not what is shown in this photo but your valves should be positioned with the left and center valves vertical, and the right should be horizontal. Who knows?
Anyway my first photo was old and already in my phone from when I did a PDI. The second photo was taken today because I was at the coach.
Hello Bueller, Bueller?

Sorry Cell service is spotty at best out at the lake. I'm back into to town and will be climbing into this tonight. I think there must be a bypass behind the tank that was goofed

Thank you for all your insights. I crawled under the water heater area and removed the plate to see the back of the heater and found when the dealer replaced the tank they put the check valve for hot water out in backwards. All is golden. I only wish I would have done more homework about PDI's before I took possession of the Coach. I was told everything had been gone through and was in working order only to find when I was setting up the first time that the original water heater was split from freezing and the black tank was still full from the previous owner. I was embarrassed in front of our family. But took it back to the dealership and they made all the repairs and cleaning. But obviously didn't check they're own work. I still think this will be a great coach and look forward to making memories with our family. Again thanks for all the help
