Why anyone would put the micro and fridge on the GFCI I do not know, not needed for those devices. Good frame ground is better.. But alas they do.
Likewise the televisions.
However, the first respondent mentioned an inverter... MANY coaches have inverters so you can watch TV specifically TV even without shore or generator power.
Now a good inverter will offer power pass through.. Much like my Prosine 2.0, It may also contain the converter to charge the batteries (like the Prosine) or not, In this case it will contain a transfer switch as well,, MANY of these have circuit breakers which are always "Live" (they are in the output line) and if they trip you loose all your televisions and radios save for the dash.. Which is exctly what happened to you.
In addition there will be a circuit breaker,, If you have an inverter there will be TWO circuit breakers, one on the main, one on the sub panel. The sub panel may be part of the MAIN (Progressive Dynamics used to make one like that) or elsewhere (mine is in a bathroom, main is in the hall)
