Fred, I just saw this over on the RV.net side.
It has more invoice pricing towards the end of the document including pricing for some of the chassis from Freightliner and Workhorse. Interesting.

Additional Invoice info

And based on your post, which I didn't drill down into much, I guess the 10000 RV proposal is not a given. BUT, since they seem to have the interest in the coaches and all the formal paperwork and financing in place, I would think they have a edge on getting the units as a block unless they try to sell them one at a time.

I just received a letter from Dan Gamel RV that they will be auctioning off unsold National RVs' Jan. 19. Any questions call 800-rvwithme (or numerical equivelent). Or www.gamel.com Includes 2007 and 2008 models. Also available before that using offer code DG-M1NL.

Bill, the dealers are really under the gun now that the world knows RV pricing parameters. I don't think NRV was unique in pricing it's units, therefore dealers are paying approximately 70% of MSRP. When you add in special incentives from the manufacturers you can get the picture, most of us paid way too much for our units.

i believe what they pay is the below invoice number, anyone who knows how to shop can get 30% off MSRP, no biggie.

I recieved another letter today from the NRV bankrupcy court. It defined time lines for claiments in regards to deadlines. I wonder if this includes warranty claims ?

FYI

I heard Dan Gamel's ad today on a local radio station. They were advertising $30K off of sticker and a two year warranty.

$30K off doesn't sound like much to me, but I don't know what type of unit they might be selling. They did get my attention with the two year warranty .

I wonder if they will have full disclosure .

All of the left over Motorhomes are in Quartzite at the east end of Main St., Just off of exit 19. Must be forty of them.

Today Dan Gamel's in Fresno had another radio ad. They had a mock auction of a Surf Side (?) that had a retail of 105K. They sold it for 70K.

The auction is Saturday.

I went into Quartzsite today and checked on the Motorhomes. I talked to Jay Harbrige (480-254-4801), and he indicated that they controlled all of the left over inventory including that that was at dealers under floorplan. Total units approximatly 200-220, and that they were liquidating them for the estate. They are taking bids and he indicated that some could be purchased for as little as $.50 on the dollar. If you are interested call him at the above Number
