Odd generator wiring?

2000 Dolphin, Q55 Generac generator.

It appears all of my outlets, TV's, microwave, and one AC, is wired thru the 20A breaker on the generator. Guess that leaves one AC and possibly the convertor on the 30A breaker .
A electric cube heater and the microwave running at the same time will trip the 20A breaker .
Is everyone else's wired this way??

The 30a should run the coach just like it was plugged into shore. The 20a goes right to the rear AC only.

You probably have an EMS, which allows you to run the rear AC on shore. On genny, it takes the rear AC out of the equasion in the EMS.

Unless they did some major changes in 2000.

Ok. From what you describe, the output wires on the 20 & 30 amp breakers are reversed. Remove the cover to access the breakers. Then just reverse the output wires on the 2 breakers. Now you'll have 30a in the coach and the rear AC will have the 20a circuit. Run some heavy power tests in the coach before final assembly.

You sound like you've experienced that tuesday morning yourself .

Perhaps a PO changed the breakers out or other work and just put them back wrong. Easy enough to do if you don't label them or note the tiny white numbers on them.

Yep, 20a on top.

I hope you didn't think when I said they may have put them back wrong, that I meant just in different places. I meant they put them back together wrong by putting the 30a output on the 20a breaker.
