We picked up our MH from "The Paint Department" in Chino, CA, last week, after 19 days in the shop. They did a beautiful job. To my amazement they rebuilt the 3 left rear fiberglass bay doors as they are fiberglass specialists. They did not need to have Ortaga Mfg. make new doors, which would have taken over 6 weeks to make. I can not even tell where the work was done. Yes, there are a number of specialists out there that can take care or our National RV coach repairs.

I see things haven't changed at Ortega MFG. We visited The Paint Department last fall (touch-up paint) and they waited several weeks for Ortega to complete a small job, finally gave up and had their fiberglass people rebuild the item.

Before we bought our 2008 DL35C I did a lot of research because we were getting a lot of bogus information from salesmen. In response to an email to Monaco I was told they had bought the end cap molds, the floor plans and the names but at this time have no plans to manufacture any National RV product.
