Does anyone havea plumbing diagram for a 2002 Dolphin?

I have never seen any coach plumbing schematics published for any brand. That doesn't me they don't exist but highly unlikely that you will find anything. Truthfully, I think they most likely ran the pipes where ever they chose at the time they made the coach. Whether they did it twice the same way is up for grabs.

You would probably get more help if you were to describe your existing problem to see if someone has had a similar one that they were able to resolve.

I have an 02 dolphin as well. What is the issue?

I removed the panel to to work on the water flow and even thoug I marked the hoses that I removed, I trhionk that I might have a couple hosed in the wrong place.

Are these hoses all the same color? Usually, they are Blue and Red PEX tubing to easily identify which one is cold and which one is hot.

I guess a photo of the hoses and devices that they are attached to is needed to help you now.
