FYI, had a recent incident where the fuel tank began leaking or so we thought. Hundreds of dollars later after emptying the fuel and dropping the tank we discovered no leak whatsoever, only a **** bug crawled up the inside of the 3/8 O.D. 1/4" I.D. fuel tank vent line and proceeded to build a cocoon- like nest, hence blocking the line. Once we removed the tank and this line, we were unable to blow air past this blockage. As the fuel expanded and contracted with temperature, it began to sweat and leak out past the mechanical clamp and nipple fitting on the top of the tank. Subsequently fuel appeared to be leaking from the tank coming over the top down the hanging brkts. Hope this helps - something to keep in mind. Bizarre yes, but true!
Our Class A has dual air horns, the horn on the steering wheel works fine, however when I activate the air horn switch at my left elbow on the control panel, this same horn switch which is to sound the air horns once the switch is activated is no longer functioning. Any ideas, help, or where do I begin to look? Thanks.
