Got around to our first outing in the Pacifica. Only a few minor items surfaced....got a little rain last nite and it must have tossed a few minor hail stones that managed to hit just right and break a few crackes in one of the ceiling air vents. No big deal, a trip to CW tomorrow for a replacement. One of the bedroom window awnings sprung a tension spring and we had to remove the awning until a replacement can be obtained.
NOW, here is the one item that I could use some help on. We stopped for fuel, the wife hit the switch to retrack the floor over the steps in front of the passenger seat...but it didn't move. Makes for one heck of a first step when leaving the coach....a pretty bug last step when climbing back in.
Checked the breaker in the box, not the problem. I have yet to pull the switch out of the mount by the door and check for loose wires and such. But, any other ideas would be appreciated. Is there a way to manually lower and open the stairwell cover?

There is a fuse on my 03 Trop that controls the slide. If you extend it too far and it hits against the door, it will blow the fuse. Again, on my Spartan Chassis the fuse is in the outside compartment beside the driver's seat.

We always carry extra fuses as my wife sometimes has a heavy finger as she extends the slide.

Hope this helps
