Power Gear Jack part number

Greetings. I have a 1998 national Tradewinds 7370 and it has a leaky rear hydraulic jack. I'm going to order a rebuild kit but I can't find a part number. The tag where it should be has been wiped clean and the printing has gone away.
Does anyone possible know what the correct part number is?
Thanks
Jim

If no one comes up with the part number for you, You can go to the web site and compare measurements of your jacks and come up with a part number.
