Sorry... maybe you ment national as in BIG not National RV. I can answer that one also....78th FMCA International Convention in Redmond, Oregon on Aug 13-16. Then there's Quartzite Az on Jan 16-20, 2008. The FMCA has the convetion in Pomona, Ca. on Feb 25-28,2008. There should also be a Bounder or Fleetwood convention. Maybe visit the Fleetwwod website or the Fleetwood section here on IRV2.com

If you want to talk BIG rally, then next week in Redmond OR is the one sponsored by the Affinity Group, (Camping World, Good Sam, etc.) Dont think they come bigger than that. We'll be there.

I'm getting confused. We talk National Rally, what do we mean? There is the big Good Sam National Rally that was just held in Redmond, Oregon. The is Irv2 National Rally for Bransom, MO. There are all the National RV owner's rallies with the next coming in early August in Pendleton. OR. There is FMCA mega rally in August for Redmond, OR also. Plus, all the regional National RV product owner's clubs who hold monthly rallies they all start to blend together. We need to find a better way to identify all the rallies, we need to number them, color code them or some other form of identification. To me, since this forum is for National RV product owners, when you say National Rally I assume one means the National RV Owner's Gatherings held around the country. Anyway, the bottomline for me is I will see you all at the National RV Owner's Gathering in Pendleton, Oregon on August 7th, 2007.

I think we need to keep in mind that many rallys are held around the country, and they are not exclusive to one brand or one group. At the next National RV Rally, you are welcome to bring a friend, who drives a Fleetwood, or Newmar. "The Rally," sponsored by the Affinity Group, welcomes all RVers'regardless of brand. When my RV had two wheels, and was made by Yamaha, I attended many Gold Wing Rallys, sponsored by Honda. After a little kidding, I felt right at home.
RVers' are a gregarious group. Mine is not the "right" brand, just my personal choice. I don't think you would be unwelcome at most rallys. Others may try to sway you toward their brand, but that is their right. We all can learn something. Share the fun.

Good question, I will guess summer of '08. The information should be on the NRV web site after the February '08 rally on the "Left Coast".

We're at the Good Sam, Camping World, etc. rally in Redmond. Lots of beautiful motorhomes, and several brand spanking new Nationals. We will be looking, dreaming, comparing, etc. Will try to keep you posted, but this is exausting. Lots of info on the direction National RV is moving, whats being kept, what is being dropped, and what is new. We are looking (me, not the wife) at the new Pacifica. Entry level diesel. Comparing it to the Tropical. If anybody has experience on these models, or would like me to check something out, let me know. Internet is available early in the day, or after 5pm. Thats when the business users get off. They're probably selling new Motorhomes. Sob.
