Replacing Outside Shower 2005 Dolphin?

My outside shower is leaking and I want to change/upgrade to a new one. Is there anyway to cut off the water supply to it? How do you remove the faucets without getting soaked? Looks like the entire panel has to come off but there has to be a water cut off somewhere. Right?

To "cut off the water supply":
1.) Turn the city water faucet OFF, (and/or disconnect the water hose).
2.) Turn the 12V water pump OFF.

Thank you, that is what I thought but this is the lowest line and it drains all the water through out the RV when you I try to remove the handles.

Yes the outside shower is the low point drain, After everything is shut off open the hot and cold handles, after the water has drained and stopped remove the panel and then you can remove the base.

I just replaced mine on my 98 Tradewinds, you do not have to take the plate all the way off just enough to get behind it to take the faucet loose. Remove the H and C tap to get to screw to take handles off. Good Luck.
