Request slide info on 2004 Tropical

I need some basic info on the slides on our 2004 T-396 Tropical. We're now enjoying our 10 th season (104K miles) in this wonderful coach.

The bedroom slide appears to slide on Teflon plates and its operation is still OK. (I did have to beef up the side wall slightly 2 years ago as the aft end drooped slightly and it sheared roll pins).

I can't locate any rollers on the front slides. Are they on slick pads also? The long slide on the Drivers side is getting slower and slower coming in and I need to lubricate, adjust or replace something.

The galley slide should be moved about 1/4 inch aft. The seal at the front is pinched too tightly and the aft seal makes only a light contact. Is there any adjustment possible?

I'd like to have all seals replaced and my slides adjusted/lubricated. Any suggestions?

Have you tried pushing the galley slide rearward as it moves? I was able to tweak the alignment of the bedroom slide by doing just that. If you don't know anyone strong enough, you could try parking nose up on a hill and moving the galley a few inches out and back to see if gravity will do it for you.
