I use several of their products including a tow bar, the anti-sway bar and the EvenBrake system in my CRV. The even Brake has been the subject of several exciting events while going down the road. It was replaced once by Camping World. To say the least, I was generally not happy with it's operation. Sometimes it would apply the braking but would not release it. Other times it would release the braking but the light in the MH stayed on. I had given up on Camping World doing anything about it.
So on this past trip, I found myself in Portland, OR. and made an appointment with the RoadMaster factory. After relating my problems, symptoms and frustrations with this unit, they told me to stand back while they proceeded to replace everything in the system including a brand new unit, the transmitter in the car and the portable receiver. They claim some major improvements have been made. While I was there, they also took my tow bar into the shop and overhauled it as well.
The entire remainder of the trip was uneventful with the EvenBrake working as advertised. All in all, the trip to RoadMaster was a success as far as I am concerned. I could not have asked for better service.

I completely agree. We were at the GNA Rally in 2005. Our brake pro which was out of warranty was acting up. Similar situation in that they had upgraded it and gave us a new one. When it came time to buy a new towbar, we did not hesitate to buy the Sterling all-terrain.
