RV inspection in Denver

We are planning to buy a 1996 Seabreeze from a guy in Denver, CO. Since we live in ND, we'd like to pay someone to inspect it for us first. Anyone have any recommendations in the Denver area?

My parents bought a Used RV in FL and the lived in CA. They had a letter of Agreement with stipulations that included photographs, full disclosure of accidents, repairs and maintenance records, method of payment, and safety inspection of RV. Failure of full disclosure can void sale.

There is NO warrantee or guarantee when buying from a private party. Who's going to pay for the safety inspection? Full Brake and tire inspection, Born Date of Tires?, road test for suspension, inspection/flush of all fluids, roof, awning, etc. Seller should in my recommendation as any over due service or repairs can be very costly. The inspection is something that can be done when you're in Denver and allows you to speak to the inspector personally or it can be like buying a mail order bride - Surprise!!!!

We live here in Colorado, from ND. I am heading into Denver one day this week, most likely Wednesday or Thursday. If you still need someone to go check this unit out PM us. BTW... we are ND natives!

It's at a dealership, but I don't inherently trust dealerships, KWIM?

We're newbies to this whole thing, and we want to make sure we do it right. Buying in ND isn't an option (5-10K over book due to housing demand from the oil boom), so we're really hoping to come back from Denver next week with a MH.

CK - I'll message you.

My wife and I were in the same position but we found a company in the Denver area. I don't have the company name but the only employee is Tony and his number is 303-880-9285. I talked to him at length and felt he could do the job. His rates are negotiable since its winter here. When we asked to do a full PDI we came to a $500 agreement. The purchase fell through so I can't actually vouch for his work so talk with him and decide for yourself.

good luck!
