Sagging coach rear and rough bounce

My 1998 Tradewinds is noticeably sagging in the rear - more on the passenger side). I also notice severe bouncing in the rear when I roll over a dip on the highway. Checked air bags and they show signs of cracking and dry rot. Hear no sound of air leaks. I can see the Firestone marking on the bags but no part numbers. Anybody with the same model coach have part numbers please?

Thanks

Maybe a height sensor for the rear air bags?
