Can anyone tell me if the ground on my seabreeze to the 7-pin at the hitch is wired all the way from the terminal at the battery and/or at/near the hitch. I have wired my wrangler to tow, and the lights are not as bright as they might be. I want to eliminate the ground first thing.

The ground wire goes to the chassis along the wiring loom. To make sure that you have a good ground connection, run a short 10 gauge wire from the hitch plug on the rv to the chassis frame, using one of the existing holes in the frame.
Don't run the ground wire to the hitch itself.
