I have an RCA (Xbox) TV in my 04 Sea Breeze, and it has worked well until recently. Went to turn it on, and no power. So I decided to start tracing the problem. First, check to see if it's plugged-in.

But wait ! I can't locate the plug. Can't find the power cable - it doesn't appear to be anywhere! Not in back of the tv, or in the overhead socket. I'm not sure where it is!

Any advice?

try looking in overhead cabinet on passenger side---you may also have a vcr in there. electric plug should be there along with tv antenna booster.

secondly, and I have had this happen to me-----when you put vehicle in PARK----sometimes my sensor (switch) will not engage & tv will have no power. you may need to restart engine, shift thru all gears & put in park again. may need to do it several times before sensor engages.

If you have 2 tv's like I do see if rear one is working. if it is, this may be your problem.. good luck!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 05 Tropical, I replaced the CRT unit with a Vizio 32" LED LCD. The TV power plug is on a disconnect that shuts the TV off when the ignition is on. Since it was controlled by 12v, I was confortable wiring a on/off switch in series to kill the ignition power so the TV can be on all the time. (I have a PC input and run my laptop screen on the TV with my mapping program running) The TV plug was inside the passenger electronics cabinet on the left upper side.

One place to look is your inverter. The front TV goes through the inverter if you are on shore power or generator. There is a GFI plug in the front of the inverter that may need to be reset.
