Slide that covers the entry steps

My cover will close but it will not raise up. I have 2007 Pacifica. Anyone now who makes the slide?

We have a 2008 Pacifica and haven't found the solution. The best we have found is pulling up on it when it needs the extra help. Mostly we don't use it.
If you find the solution, please pass it along.

I just got this reply. This would be an electric step cover. A company called Red Rocket Sales was providing them at one time. The last number that I have for them is 951-683-5375. You could try them.
