slide to floor heigth adjustment

I have a 99 Tradewinds with a kitchen slide that is scuffing the floor. Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust it or how to replace the skids?

Do you know who the mfgr of the slide is?

I've had the same issue with my HWH slides since replacing my carpeting with Allure flooring. I've asked the question here before and, for the most part, the answer I got was "no" because the floor supports the weight of the slides while they are retracted. I'm not sure this makes sense to me and it certainly appears that there is an adjustment possible by looking at the mechanism.

I haven't pursued it yet but am about to put my rig in the shop to have the slide bearings replaced and I'm going to ask them if it's possible. Sure would be nice.

Good luck.
