Big dog

Where was your stickey dump valve and who fixed it, I have been chasing this issue for years.

Thanks.

Sticky dump valve

Had same problem on our black tank dump 3" dump valve. Valve made by Valterra and exact replacement valve cost about $16 and I paid a mobile RV tech $40 to change out. About a 30 min. job if you know how to do it. Like you, I fought the old valve for 5 yrs before changing it out!

The tech who looked at it said that the valve is located right under the lever and there's no adjustment. The valve is available, just call freightliner help for the part number. The tech said that there is nothing wrong with it and so I'm thinking that I may have a leaky airbag or something. There could also be a valve somewhere else that is leaking. I'll be doing more checking after I get it back from getting a new motor.
Oh and last trip out, it seemed to not want to inflate. Going to be using a new shop as I'm really not too happy with this one.
