The window is probably a Hehr 5668. I tried to get a length of the vent seal. Even though I can get it by the foot the smallest length is 20 feet @ $5.50 a foot.

So, it looks like this is my problem. I used electrical tape to seal the window to the frame and my wet area dried up..Thanks for all the ideas.
